Roll on Rio! With the Paralympics a little over 100 days away, we’re running a series of free Paralympic taster events at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park on the Bank Holiday Monday (30 May). At the same time, we’ll also be announcing the next phase of the Motivate East programme!

40th Metro Blind Sport Athletics Open

Metro Blind Sport is excited to announce that its Annual Athletics competition is celebrating its ‘40th’ birthday and will be held on 25th June 2016, incorporating a Festival of Athletics for vision impaired people, their families and friends.  Entry to the Festival and Competition is Free and there will be souvenir T-shirts and catering. The event
