There’s an Inclusive Sports Camp taking place at Sport House, Dagenham from 16-20 February. The camp is suitable for young people with a disability aged 8-19, and details can be found on the enclosed leaflet.

Mayfield Tennis Club in partnership with Access Sport Ignite Programme are providing pan-disability tennis sessions (short tennis in the event of poor weather) on Saturday afternoons between 12:00 and 1:00pm. All sessions are delivered by fully qualified coaches and experienced volunteers, and all sessions are open to both experienced and in-experienced players. Equipment is provided, and
