Bikeworks Led Park Rides

This Autumn, our partners Bikeworks are really excited to collaborate with Beat the Street to activate ‘Led rides’. This cycling activity will consist of 1 hour sessions available to individuals who want to take part in the Beat the Street game in East London but also want to be taken on a guided ride through

Social Dancing on ‘Strictly Wednesdays’

Join Step Change Studios for a fun, engaging 7-week programme of seated dance! Participants will learn to move to different Latin and Ballroom rhythms in a supportive, friendly social class for adults of all ages and abilities. Learning Disability Tennis

Come along to Learning Disability Tennis at Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre. Have fun and make new friends playing tennis. Takes place every Sunday 13:00 – 14:00, more details are on the attached leaflet but please note you will need to book at visitleevalley.org.uk/hockeytennis
