These sessions are completely FREE and help participants to develop new run, wheel, jump and throw skills increasing their teamwork and social skills along the way.

Target audience: Aimed at participants aged between 8-18, but non-disabled siblings and friends are more than welcome too!

Venue: Brampton Manor Academy, Roman Road, E6 3SQ     Date: Tuesdays 16.30 – 18.00
